The West London Knee and Hip Clinic was founded by Knee and Hip Consultant Surgeon Dr Imbuldeniya in 2016. It was initially called the ICE ortho clinic with an aim to promote the delivery of high quality private orthopaedic healthcare for patients in West London. Due to its popularity, the clinic now also sees many patients from further afield including Central London, Surrey, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire & Kent.

The West London Knee and Hip Clinic has a proven track record of using the latest technology and treatments, along with innovative ways of working to help you. These include newer theraspies such as hyaluronic gel, PRP, Arthrosamid, biological cartialge repair, robotic assisted surgery, muscle preserving hip replacement and rapid recovery knee ligament procedures. We work closely together as doctors, surgeons, physiotherapists, radiologists, osteopaths, chiropractors and sports rehabilitators to learn from each other and combine our different skills to find out what's wrong and offer the correct treatment.

The whole point of providing healthcare is to try and achieve excellent results for those we treat. Mr Imbuldeniya keeps data on his patients and their outcomes, including PROMS (patient reported outcome measures) and honest verified patient feedback, to ensure he can audit his clinics practice and results to keep on improving.
